Provide a high level of customer service to patients and their families and visitors in order to ensure that every resident is well cared for.

\* Securing loads to flatbeds if pulling a flatbed. Most (but not all) of this position will entail drop & hook/swap of 53' dry-vans.

Supports off site field trips and tours of the park for Residency Programs. Assist with coordinating and booking travel for incoming Residents as needed.

Provide technical support toward resolution of field and production issues. Experience in all phases of software development/engineering, including requirements

Uses a computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls. This position is focused on responding to inbound customer calls
