Reporting to the Office Manager, this position provides secretarial support for Labor Relations Specialists and Regional Staff Associates; edits and types

O Assist with CED marketing efforts (Robo calls/text campaigns/cold calls). O Assist with answering phones at the front office, as needed.

O Communicates with others in the organization to answer accounting questions or resolve issues. O Coordinates daily incoming and outgoing wire transfers.

Assists the physician and office staff with selected duties to include clerical processing, patient preparation, scheduling, lab, x-ray and medical records.
