Responsibilities:

➢ We have separate teams for – Intakes, Medical Records, Negotiations, and Demands.

➢ Handle all types of pre-litigation cases including auto, dog bites, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.

➢ Opening claims, sending representation letters, setting clients up with medical providers, managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, sending D.M.V. documents, requesting medical records, and confirming medical balances.

➢ Understands the importance of responding quickly to the needs of the clients.

Qualifications:

➢ Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
➢ Able to work (Monday – Friday)
➢ Minimum of 5 years of personal injury Legal Assistant/ Case Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
