ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts; perform bank reconciliations; assist with monthly and year end closing.
• Maintain chart of accounts and provide advice on proper coding of transactions.
• Prepare supporting schedules for specific general ledger accounts.
• Generate and analyze financial statements.
• Provide ad-hoc financial reports to management.
• Assist with and oversee Accounts Payable and Accouns Receivable functions.
• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns on a quarterly and annual basis as well as make on-time payments in compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare written correspondence and other documents for submission to the IRS in response to inquiries and notices.
• Ensure the accuracy of employment tax calculations and payroll entries; assist with filing W-2s and 1099s.
• Maintain company personal property records and make correct depreciation entries. Prepare annual property tax filing and make timely payment.
• Assist external CPA with corporate income tax filing and company tax planning; make on-time tax deposits.
• Prepare annual budget and provide monthly budget-to-actual report and variance analysis.
• Provide cost and revenue analysis on different product lines.
• Develop and maintain accounting process and procedures in accordance with sound accounting principles, applicable regulations, and laws as well as best practice.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance, business, or a related field
