Responsible for professionally answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as required. Human Resources: 4 years (Preferred).

Product planning eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, business process descriptions, user stories, and scenarios.

Significant experience in administration, preferably in Head Start, and systems in the field of early childhood. Available to work flexible hours.

All interns must be college students, and must be a Junior, Senior or Graduate student enrolled in an accredited institution and majoring in a related field.

Assesses calls/inquiries and directs and/or records and relays messages promptly, accurately, professionally, and courteously. Must be flexible in job tasks.
