Must be able to commute 5 days a week to the office located in Sun Valley, this position is NOT offered remotely. M-F 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

We’re an established vape, e-liquid, manufacturer based out of Sun Valley. We will be diversifying this year into additional offerings in the lifestyle sector. As our company continues to grow, so does our team. We would like to bring on a Marketing Coordinator to work directly with our Graphic Designer. Ideally, someone who has a passion for marketing and looking for the opportunity to develop their skills collaboratively with a team. We strive to bring someone in who wants to dive headfirst into their new role and help execute our vision.

This person will facilitate the timely execution of all marketing channels including website, email, social media, budgeting, and phone conversations with our marketing partners.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and HIGHLY organized. Knowledge of the vape industry is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing and Graphics teams in all content efforts including the coordination and execution of social media, email, and website updates.
• Maintain marketing/communications platforms and tools
• Manage social media accounts and proactively engage with the community
• Write copy for website, social, and email blasts
• Conduct research to stay up to date in the market and help aid team goals
• Weekly Analytic Assessment and reporting

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Extremely organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must know the inner workings of Shopify
• Running Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter
• Influencer marketing
• Strong phone communication and email writing skills
• Creative style and an eye for digital design
• Enthusiasm toward social media and engagement
• Ability to manage projects productively and execute deadlines
• Constantly challenging themselves to evolve deeper into their skillset
• 2+ years proven work experience in social media marketing roles, portfolio required
• Shopify 2 + year experience
• A natural relationship builder with the ability to work well with a network of peers, partners, and industry contacts.
• Fun, outgoing, determined self-starter.
• Strong technical skills including Googler Docs, and social platforms included but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.
• Must know the inner workings of the Email Marketing softwares Hubspot and Omnisend/Mailchimp.
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro) experience required.
• Canva editing skills required.
• Social Media copywriting experience for a consumer goods brand.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; extremely meticulous mind-set and ability to manage multiple projects with evolving/shifting priorities.
• Self-starter who takes initiative, strong planning, highly organized and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
