Insight Lime Analytics is a remote-first boutique consulting firm in its startup phase. We specialize in Google and Adobe Analytics insights, data strategy, data-driven branding, and consumer insights. We're all about creating an impact for our clients by enabling them to make better business decisions and focusing on ethical recommendations and impact-focused businesses.

We're a bit different than other consulting firms - we've lost the suit and the fancy business jargon, and we encourage our team to be themselves. Currently, our team is based in Durango, Colorado, and remotely across the US. The company is women-owned and operated and is a member of the Green Business Bureau.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The marketing coordinator is responsible for assisting in marketing & sales efforts at the company and driving forward initiatives identified by leadership. The marketing coordinator will manage customer lists, coordinate projects with freelancers, and ensure accuracy and design-excellence in marketing collateral. The role will interact with all team members and gather input, reach out to potential podcasts and other PR opportunities and be the social glue of the company.

A successful marketing coordinator will deliver marketing plans on time and improve the polish of marketing efforts/collateral of the company. Their efforts will help drive new marketing-qualified leads and nurture those leads into sales leads. They will improve company perceptions of both clients and potential clients by showing polished brand materials and ensuring that our website and other materials are mistake-free.

Key Measures of Success:

  • Free up time for the business owner, marketing leadership, and administrative assistants by handling administrative marketing tasks
  • Increased leads in marketing and sales pipelines
  • Increase podcast and speaking opportunities for consultants by doing timely outreach
  • Maintain an 80% client repeat rate/referral rate for the company by delivering timely marketing materials and gifting to clients

Duties/Responsibilities:

Marketing Project Management

  • Maintain marketing calendars and manage the timing of projects with the company owner and other marketing team members
  • Create processes and systems for executing marketing activities
  • Proofread and evaluate collateral like blogs, slide-decks, and other marketing materials for correctness and aesthetics before they go live
  • Coordinate events like webinars, podcasts and conferences by ordering materials, planning calendars and delivering collateral to vendors
  • Schedule social media posts and monitor comments about the brand online
  • Keep track and organize marketing assets and branding materials and remove old collateral to maintain brand integrity
  • Upload and manage website content on the Squarespace CMS
  • Request backlinks and do other marketing related outreach on behalf of the team
  • Facilitate relationships between design and marketing freelancers and the Insight Lime team

Sales Support

  • Adjust sales presentations and order new creatives/facilitate relationships with designer freelancers
  • Update and manage the company CRM/contact lists and create tasks for the team based on timing and contact cadences
  • Follow up by connecting with potential sales and current clients on social media
  • Write thank you notes and send to clients/partners/referrals
  • Order sales materials for the company and manage assets
  • Send relevant articles to sales prospects
  • Follow prospects on social media and notify the team of movements/notable updates
  • Delivery timely and relevant articles and content to current clients
  • Maintain and execute marketing drip campaigns
  • Create reminders and manage sales schedules for the consultants based on the sales playbook
  • Add information to sales prospect profiles and support the lead - > sales process
  • Maintain client gifting schedules and coordinate with the team to select and order gifts and create gift messages
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Call past clients and other prospects based on schedules to book meetings & maintain relationships

Research & Reporting

  • Research possible conference and podcast opportunities and obtain pricing/details to present to the team for evaluation
  • Monitor company performance on social media and owned channels and report on performance to the team
  • Research best practice methods for optimizing account-based marketing, PR, gifting, and sales marketing strategies and make recommendations to the team
  • Report monthly on the sales, SEO, and marketing activities and growth

Digital Marketing

  • Make assigned technical SEO changes to the website through the CMS
  • Execute link-building outreach based on company strategy and goals

  • 1-2 years of experience as a marketing assistant for a sales/lead-based business (real estate, digital agency, etc.)
  • AND/OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing

Expected Hours:

37 Hours per week
