General Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our team as a Marketing Project
Manager. This person will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with various projects under the supervision of the Director of Demand Generation and
Marketing Operations. The Marketing Project Manager will work in partnership with the marketing team and cross-functional teams to oversee the project management side of the department, driving efficiency and continuous process improvement. This includes managing, assigning, and tracking projects through internal staff and external third-party vendors and agencies.

This role will be the conduit between marketing strategy, programs and creative development, therefore, being an excellent communicator is key. The Marketing
Project Manager will work closely with the engineering teams and communicate new market opening timelines to the marketing team so that campaigns are executed on- time and on-budget.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Cross-department communication in a fast-paced environment. The ability to lead project meetings, present updates, and clearly deliver detailed information via written and verbal communication.
  • Oversee tasks and timelines associated with all phases of marketing projects: requirement gathering, defining goals and target audiences, planning/timeline management, creative design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals, channels, and ability to solve problems.
  • Ability to draft marketing plans and navigate adjustments due to risks or findings within each project and campaign.
  • Determining marketing campaign budgets and ensuring that all staff adheres to them.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors.
  • Running weekly project management meetings with the marketing team.
  • Be the liaison between the engineering team and marketing regarding new market build updates.
  • Thoroughly communicate the marketing team’s updates to senior leaders.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager on enhancing our project management tools and keeping them up to date.
  • Completes special projects as assigned by leadership*.

  • Must have experience in copy writing.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management theory and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Must have high standards regarding the quality of internal and external facing communications Exceptional computer skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
