Job Description :
Primary Functions: Assist in developing, reviewing, maintaining, and distributing marketing materials and perform administrative functions as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and maintain marketing materials, checking for accuracy, currency, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.- Support distribution of materials including direct mail, signs, promotional items, trade show materials, and branch merchandising.
- Coordinate activities with clients, departments, and external vendors as assigned.
- Maintain expertise in marketing processes including mailing logistics, supply and distribution, vendor management, event planning, and invoice handling..
- Maintain documentation of job processes and results on the marketing database and in relevant manuals.
- Perform administrative functions as assigned.
- Participate in efforts to further the credit union's marketing objectives.
- Understand and adhere to established procedures for creating and disseminating communications. Draft updates to procedures as assigned.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Alaska USA's products, markets, and compliance requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Four years marketing or sales administrative experience in a corporate environment.
Experience/Skills: Position requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high degree of initiative and organization skills.
Tenure: Assignment to the Marketing Specialist I category 14, Marketing Specialist II category 13 or Marketing Specialist III category 12 will be determined by the candidate's education or experience. Advancement requires management recommendation and will be based on the candidate's certifications and/or performance.
- Marketing Specialist I (Category 14): $41,484 - $60,567 annually
- Marketing Specialist II (Category 13): $44,803 - $66,309 annually
- Marketing Specialist III (Category 12): $48,387 - $73,549 annually
