DR3 stands for Divert, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and is part of a large nonproft, SVdP. We are looking for ambitious and hardworking individuals to add to our warehouse Mattress Recycling team. We are currently seeking FT canidates to fill these immediate positions. Candidate must have great attention to detail and the physical ability to work hard and efficiently in a warehouse setting. Training will be provided but experience operating machines and forklifts is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Deconstruction of mattress units

· Use of upper body to flip mattresses

· Moving and stacking mattresses

· Operate baling and sheer machines (training provided)

· Stand on your feet 8 hours a day

· Quality control

· Receive and load truck

· Forklift certification a plus but not required

· Other warehouse duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Self-motivated, organized and ability to work as part of a team

· Ability to work in a fast paced dusty production/warehouse environment

· Strong verbal communication skills

· Able to push and pull up to 50 lbs.
