Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and manage media campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Native Ads, YouTube, and other relevant networks.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, improve conversions, and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities, and generate audience insights that inform campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas and strategies that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Work closely with copywriters, designers, and developers to create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and other assets that drive conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in advertising policies, and emerging platforms, and share insights and best practices with the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read data and make decisions quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for online marketing and a desire to continually learn and improve.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of copywriting and design principles.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with e-commerce and info product marketing.
  • Understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools such as Infusionsoft, Hubspot, and ActiveCampaign.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
