We’re looking to hire a bilingual Licensed Esthetician/Laser Technician with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great eye for detail, and is able to actively listen to client concerns and treat appropriately.

An Esthetician is responsible for performing facial and body services in a medical setting and recommending home care products in a medical spa environment. Responsibilities may include providing relaxation services, like facial massages to clients who want a pampered look, or helping them feel better about their appearance by applying carefully selected creams to ensure the health of their patient’s skin.

Professional Objective:

To deliver esthetic treatments according to protocols and rituals guaranteeing the guest the ultimate Medical Spa experience. Estheticians must portray a professional self-image and master treatment, product, technical knowledge and skills. Ultimately, you will work directly with clients looking to improve the health of their skin and assess their specific needs.

Esthetician Responsibilities Include:

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating client’s skin condition and offer recommendations for treatments and skin care products for homecare.
• Recommending skin care products to clients, including moisturizers and cleansers and makeup
• Performing Facials, Chemical Peels, Diamond Glow and other services on our clients
• Performing Skin Rejuvenation Services such as: RadioFrequency, Microneedling, IPL, Tattoo Removal, Skin Resurfacing Treatments
• Perform Laser Hair Removal, and body treatments

Position Activities and Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform all facial, body, and pro-aging treatments offered on the MedSpa menu according to protocols
• Be a team player by interacting with other MedSpa team members to provide a seamless guest experience
• Adheres to a high professional image standard such as dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle
• Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
• Is comfortable with marketing (including using social media) and recommending treatments and products to actively build repeat clientele
• Take before and after pictures of clients and track their progress throughout their client journey and maintain excellent treatment notes
• Participates in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution

Desired Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Possess a valid esthetic license and any other certifications necessary
• Specialized skills and knowledge of facial protocols and equipment
• Guest service oriented with the ability to deliver the ultimate esthetic experience
• Passion for continuing education. Estheticians are expected to invest in self-education to ensure growth.
• Exceptionally organized, sets and achieves goals and targets, self-starter who doesn’t require micro management
• Outgoing, go-getter personality
• Laser Tech and previous Medical Spa Experience are a huge plus!
• Flexible and cooperative, able to multitask and think on your feet
• Able to multitask and improvise on the spur of the moment
• High energy, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Efficient with time management, prompt, completes treatments within assigned time

Requirements and skills:

• Proven 2 years minimum work experience as an Esthetician or similar role
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to develop a plan of action for clients care
• Ability to make a client feel comfortable
• Deep knowledge of skin care techniques
• High School diploma or GED equivalent with a valid Esthetician’s license

We practice a performance-based compensation model. The model includes the following mix:

The performance-based model is designed to allow you to earn more based on your merits. By combining the five methods of earning the pay value for Estheticians in our practice can be from $45k- $100k+ based on performance.

Work Schedule:

• Full Time- M/W/F 8:30 - 5:30. T/TH 10:00- 7:00
• Part Time opportunity available, but would require T/TH evenings.
• Closed Saturdays and Sundays which means you get the weekends to spend with your friends and family!
