Wagner Behavioral Health Services, LLC is a privately owned group practice with our primary office in downtown Erie. We offer a comprehensive continuum of care within an evidence-based, anti-oppressive framework providing high quality programs and services designed to strengthen the lives of our consumers. Our Agency has been serving individuals and families in Northwest Pennsylvania since 2010. Our programs are designed to achieve our mission of trauma-informed, integrated, person-centered care to improve the well-being of our clients while promoting community safety within forensic social work.

We are looking for motivated and clinically minded professionals to join the practice. There are opportunities for a fixed full-time schedule or flexible part time hours. WBHS has its roots as a teaching practice. Therapists looking to gain supervision for clinical hours will be able to receive those free within the practice. We also welcome graduate interns and practicum students. WBHS has a need for all areas of service delivery from intake and assessment of consumers, individual sessions, and group facilitators within psychodynamic skill based programs.

Our company is looking for clinicans to provide behavioral health services to patients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a variety of behavioral health disorders. Additional responsibilities include managing patient charts and ensuring accurate documentation. This position requires a clinical professional who has a passion for solving behavioral health problems and helping patients lead more successful lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and as appropriate, conduct/document assessments, create treatment plans, assess changing needs of patients per guidelines for outpatient programs, participate in treatment team meetings, provide individual and group therapy, complete clinical documentation on the same day of service delivery, provide clinical information to patient access representative personnel and insurance providers to ensure authorization for services, reviews cases and/or groups periodically, as well as serious clinical patient condition changes with Director and as indicated.
• Assess need for additional services with the clinical team to determine appropriateness of recommendations. Refers patients to other levels of care, community based self-help programs for recovery or other community social or human services as needed.
• Maintain daily records of clinical productivity in the program as instructed.
• Participate in the quality assurance and performance improvement activities of the program.
• Provide operational support.

Both part-time and full time job opportunities are available. In addition, WBHS is a growing company which has additional office locations.

• Applicants who hold licensure in the state of PA as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist are highly preferred.
• Part-time to Full-time Positions are also available for counselors and social workers that carry the benefit of Clinical Supervision that leads to full licensure as an LPC or LCSW within two years of employment.
• In addition, internship candidates from accredited Masters level Counseling and Social Work programs are welcome to apply.

Pay: $51,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
