Purpose of Role:

Shell TapUp is seeking a dedicated Mobile Service Champion for fueling in the Lansing, MI area. This individual enjoys helping others, loves solving problems, and creating long-term customer relationships.

Shift

• Night Shift including weekends REQUIRED
• Rotating days off including weekends
• Regularly scheduled 40hr weeks
• Added overtime when available

Experience & Requirements:

• 6 months with Class A or B CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with airbrake (Military experience accepted)
• Hazmat Endorsement
• Tanker Endorsement
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must have a clean background check
• Clean driving record required
• Able to pass DOT Alcohol/Drug Testing
• Willing to work nights and weekends

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions, such as rain, snow, high, and low temperatures.
• Ability to do repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, squatting, and turning up to 12 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs when necessary.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and pull hose repeatedly up to 12 hours.
• Understand that they will be exposed to hazardous fumes daily.
• Ability to climb in/out of truck numerous times per shift.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip/post-trip to ensure delivery vehicles meet DOT requirement and equipment is in good operation condition
• Ability to climb in/out of truck numerous times per shift
• An active contributor and role model for safety
• Service-oriented position providing fueling to fleet vehicles
• Required to follow Standard Operation Procedures without deviation
• Adherence to safety requirements
• Record fuel transactions with mobile app
• Load trucks at terminal
