This incumbent will be a great communicator and will interact with employees of the company as well as customers to successfully complete the functions of this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of two-year degree in graphic design preferred.
• Experience with CorelDRAW preferred, but not required. Will train the right candidate.
• Maturity, passion and energy to effectively and professionally communicate with clients and coworkers.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Strong grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
• Organized with the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented and prioritize workload.
• Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of customer and personal service as well as sales and marketing techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees and supervisors.
• Exceed customer expectations through attention to detail, precision in cutting and finishing, and accurate completion of signs and banners.
• Read and interpret specifications and allocate appropriate time to project to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery to customer.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers and customers on file transfers, FTP access, photo library options, online proofs, etc.
• Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output. Ensure that the correct material is used for each job and that the output device settings are accurate.
• Efficiently and effectively operate the Company’s software programs and banner equipment.
• Support merchandisers, salespeople and managers in meeting all of their sign and banner needs.
• Market signs and banners to retailers as needed.
• Support the Company Handbook, Safety Policy and Vision Statement.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
