Shifts: Full-time Breakfast Service Shift for weekdays and weekends

SUMMARY: Serves meals to Patrons in the dining establishment by performing the duties listed below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Present menu, answer questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.

2. Provides beverages service with in 3 minutes from time guest was seated.

3. Writes order on check or memorizes it within 5 minutes from time seated.

4. Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.

5. Garnishes and decorates dishes prior to serving.

6. Serves patrons's meals within 25 minutes from the time guest was seated.

7. Observes meals to respond to any additional request and to determine when meal has been completed.

8. Totals bills and receive payments within timely manner

9. Completes all opening, running ( during service time ), and closing side work assigned each sift.

10. Request identification from guest if not listed on morning room list for breakfast

11. Use of proper serving procedures as outlined in the certification / training program.
