  • Work closely with other EQUITASers so you will be constantly broadening and sharpening your skillset in the spirit of project versatility
  • Collaborate with Project Leads to ensure the final creative product is developed in an evidence-based and efficient manner, delivering an impactful, meaningful and engaging experience
  • Celebrate every step of the way with other EQUITASers as we learn and grow together

  • Grow and build skill sets to enhance and evolve multimedia techniques
  • Collaborate efficiently and effectively with team members of various backgrounds and experiences
  • Independent, proactive, and able to deliver production-ready visuals
  • Curious to learn new technologies and flexible to confront a variety of challenges.
  • Skilled in HTML and Adobe Suite (e.g., Audition, Illustrator, DreamWeaver, Animate, Photoshop) or equivalent
