Residential HVAC New Construction Operations Manager

What you’ll do

• Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Taking ownership of P&L accountability to achieve labor targets, sales, and managing department budgets
• Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment that supports employee growth, development and morale
• Manage the labor within the Residential New Construction Department
• Manages and oversees quality control
• Oversees layout designs within projects and schedules
• Create processes and efficiencies within department
• Oversees material staging and usage

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years' experience in residential construction operations
• 3+ years' experience in financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making around financial impact
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to build and maintain relationships
• Being a decisive and results oriented leader that acts with a sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Residential Construction experience (required)
