Summary

Syman, LLC is interviewing for an organized and self-motivated individual as Project Manager in our New Meadows, Idaho location. A Project Manager at Syman will manage Erosion Control projects in the areas from estimation to the final invoice. They are the clients main contact for questions and concerns regarding projects. The project managers are the core of the company and are teachers and coaches for all team members. The project manager will look for opportunities with existing clients and acquire more opportunities through the community. Sales experience, construction management and field experience are a must for this position. Depending on experience, training will occur in our Nampa location.

Responsibilities

- Prepare estimates/contracts to send to clients
- Maintain client relations
- Complete service orders for contracted work
- Coordinate/ensure all contracted work is complete ethically and responsibility
- Invoice completed projects
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to physically assist in getting jobs completed in the field
- Work with Management to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Be comfortable with sales.
- Give needed amount of information to team members
- Responsible for profit of each job
- Coaching team members
- Assist other Departments as needed
- Flexible and understanding of construction industry ebbs and flows

Skills Required-

Must live or be willing to move within the New Meadows/McCall area
- Computer skills- Excel, outlook, Office 360
- Sales/Customer service experience
- Construction/Excavation work
- Organized
- Ability to adapt to change
- Quick Learner
- Ability to work effectively without supervision
- Kind and respectful under pressure
