Title: Hand Therapist – Occupational / Physical therapist
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Home Health
Location: Eugene, OR
Schedule: Mon-Fri, five 8 hour shifts, or 4 10 hour shifts
Pay: $36.80 – 55.20, based on experience

The Hand Therapist – Occupational / Physical therapist duties to include but not be limited to:

• Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities
• Restore, maintain, and promote optimal physical function, as well as best possible wellness, fitness, and quality of life as it relates to movement and health
• Prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities that may result from diseases, disorders, conditions, or injuries
• Conduct initial evaluations to create plan of care by reviewing the patient history and performing tests and measurements to identify potential and existing deficit
• Re-examine patients and modify interventions to achieve desired goals and outcomes
• Demonstrate a caring, understanding demeanor with patients, clients, and coworkers

• Current licensure in the State of Oregon as a Physical Therapist OR Occupational therapist
• Current Certified Hand Therapist credential required
• Work experience in an outpatient orthopedics setting is preferred
