Full Time Office Manager and Customer Service Support
We are an expanding rental company that needs an experienced, full time office manager. In person position, office is located in Madison, GA.
Looking for someone that has the following qualifications:
Will maintain office services by organizing and maintaining operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; maintaining filing systems; managing vendor and customer files; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Excellent phone skills, message taking and customer service required. We would like someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bookkeeping duties include careful daily tracking/data entry into excel, quickbooks data entry, and payroll processing. Must have completed High School. Three years recent experience with Quickbooks and Excel is a must.
Please be prepared to pass a background check and drug testing.
Individual should be able to complete tasks in an orderly manner with attention to detail. Small office environment, family owned company.
Reliable transportation to work. Neat appearance for a casual office environment. No athletic attire. Please wear flat shoes-we are in a gravel industrial yard.
Hours are 8am to 4pm Monday-Friday
