Position Responsibilities

• Provide reporting, business intelligence and insights on Contact Center operations to inform leadership on business decisions.

• Pull, validate, collate and analyze data from multiple systems, including the Customer Service data warehouse, phone and workforce management systems, AS400 and relational databases.

• Create and execute Microsoft SQL queries or Power BI dashboards for performance, statistical and ad hoc reporting needs.

• Leverage data to deliver analysis, including observations, visuals, charts and graphs.

• Translate data findings into clearly written, actionable recommendations for upper management based on analysis.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 3+ years analyst experience.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and SQL.

• Experience with Power BI and/or data visual techniques a plus.

• Detail-oriented with advanced data and statistical analysis skills.
