HANDVAERK LLC. (brand: håndværk), a luxury brand that offers a collection of high quality apparel basics, is seeking a highly motivated multi-tasking individual to work closely with founders and lead our online fulfillment operations — will be tasked with everything related to our online order fulfilment, and office space, main tasks include: shipping online and wholesale orders, customer service, inventory management and overall administration. Our company is experiencing rapid growth and we will look to you to take over these functions from the founders.

The ideal candidate has retail operations and administrative expertise.

We are fulfilling Soft Goods / Apparel.

The ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment, while being highly organized.

Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership and accountability.

We directly operate our online store fulfillment center and customer service functions, we are looking for a highly responsible person to take over these responsibilities from the founders.

Responsibilities and Duties

• 30-40 hours a week to start working closely founders.
• Manage day-to-day online fulfillment functions (soft goods) including online order shipments, inventory control, customer service and administration.
• Fully responsible for shipping online orders.
• Develop and optimize operational processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide warehouse considerations for key business decisions.
• Produce monthly, executive level reporting on the performance of the warehouse function.
• Identify and resolve problems that arise at the warehouse.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-5 years experience retail, administration roles (operational roles or warehousing and fulfillment not required).
• Significant organization skills and unmatched attention to detail.
• Ability to self-manage, drive, and implement projects.
• Great communication skills.
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for the tasks at hand and overall role.
• Passion for retail.
