LOCATION:

SHIFT SCHEDULE: Wed - Sun. 8:00am-5:00pm, Weekends 8:00am - 2:00pm

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• No matter the task, you’ll prioritize quality, safety, and ethics
• Your daily duties may vary between operating the retort, creating and packaging paw prints, engraving plaques and memorial items, quality control, and processing and packaging cremated remains
• Maintain daily cremation goals, producing cremains with an emphasis on compassion and excellence
• Take ownership of our machinery – making adjustments, providing feedback, and submitting maintenance requests
• Adhere to all workplace safety policies, compliances and regulations
• Because Operations Team Members work cross-functionally, you may occasionally be required to drive company vehicles

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Frequent bending and lifting (65lb minimum weight)
• Certain PPE is required for different tasks, but we’ll provide that for you
• Overtime and weekend work may be available during busier times
• Working in varying temperatures – the area near the retorts can be very warm, while packaging areas are more of a controlled climate
