About your role:

You are responsible for providing exceptional guest experience during their visits. You educate them about our menu selection and make suggestions. You are a skilled barista who execution of our menu offerings according to the company expectations. You contribute to the outstanding customer experience through your teamwork. You monitor the quality of the ingredients and products served.

About your typical day:

You greet our guests with a friendly smile and thank the ones departing.

You introduce guests to Dr Smood’s concept and guide them through the menu options.

You ring orders up on POS device and process the payment.

You assist in expediting orders to guests.

You engage with guests in casual interactions to build relationship.

You maintain communication with the team to stay efficient and keep the flow of service provided.

You assist with delivered product and put away in assigned fridges in a timely manner.

You rotate product according to the expiration date (FIFO) to limit any unnecessary waste.

You follow Dr Smood's best practices in product handling.

You maintain station and fridges stocked with all ingredients assigned to the area.

You follow company’s SOPs when preparing beverages and food to ensure consistency.

You follow DOH regulations while working at the stations and clean as you go.

You follow company cleaning procedures at closings.

You communicate to the team when there is a shortage of any ingredient.

Must haves:

You have passion for hospitality.

You present sense of urgency when preparing beverages to meet business needs.

You can build positive relationships and work well with the team.

You are energetic, friendly, and approachable.

You communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with guests.

You easily acquire knowledge of new products and are curious to learn.

You adapt quickly and are comfortable in fast paced environment.

You are punctual and reliable.

You have flexible availability and can work on weekends.

You put the team’s effort and needs first.

6+ months experience in food prepping.

Food Protection Certificate is a plus.
