About the Position:

The Pricing and Entry position is responsible for working with 10 designers and their team to price and enter all furnishings selections for our design projects into Design Manager software. The individual reviews the information provided for completeness and enters the data. Review of the entries and communication with the design teams to ensure all is entered completely and accurately for proposing to our clients.

Responsibilites

• Accurately price and enter data for furnishings orders into software
• Prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively with vendors and design team
• Schedule workroom installations
• Cross train for other logistics positions to cover for the full team as needed
• Special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in Interior Design Field
• Experience in Design Manager Software a Plus
• Working knowledge of internet including navigating websites
• Experience and skill with MS Office Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
• Great attention to details
• Desire to be of service with a positive attitude
• Interpersonal skills to maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and vendors
• Strong organization skills to ensure all tasks and workflow are followed through to completion in a timely manner
• Strong math skills

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
