Job Description :

Our company is looking to add a full-time sales professional to our team. In this new role, you will use your knowledge of the commercial print, direct mail and wide-format (or similar) industries to grow our existing client base with small, medium and large corporate customers. TMG Printing (Total Media Group) is a high growth B2B enterprise offering highest quality offset and digital printing in the industry - right here in RI. While our primary focus is commercial printing we have apparel-based capabilities and a sister company offering marketing and media services, providing vast upsell/commission potential.

If you thrive in networking/hunting for opportunities, turning leads into sales, setting up sales processes from scratch, and making your OWN schedule to achieve sales objectives, come join our team!

What you’ll DO:

  • Identify and acquire new customers by cold calling, setting appointments and following up on company-provided lead lists
  • Maintain/grow established accounts through weekly communications (emails, calls and in person visits) and offers to assist with potential projects.
  • Conduct client presentations and drive sales through up-selling & cross selling
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly and full year sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Assist with preparing client quotes and communicate regularly on production and estimating questions or needs
  • Participate in marketing events such as weekly BNI meetings, trade shows etc.

What we Look for:

  • 3-5 years Sales experience but ALL motivated candidates with vertical industry experience encouraged to apply!
  • Knowledge of all facets of printing including but not limited to: graphic design, offset & digital printing, binding, and large format display and signage production
  • Demonstrated networking and upselling skills
  • Competencies: High Energy, Team player, Customer-first attitude
  • Valid Driver’s license and ability to travel, as needed

What we Offer:

  • Competitive Base Salary + Commission – $40k-200,000k potential
  • Flexible schedule – after 1st 90 days in office, you set your work schedule to meet objectives!
  • Aggressive commission structure; no cap and no commission reduction on future business (as long as maintained)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rhode Island: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
