Interior Design Concepts is a small business in Aberdeen, SD. Our goal is to hire a part time book keeper to take care of our basic Business accounting needs and Payroll..

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our part-time Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of office bookkeeping procedures, be proficient in multiple applications. The successful applicant is also expected to have previous experience in the field and be comfortable working with Quickbooks. Experience with QFloors is also desired or willing to help get set up.

Responsibilities:

• Track the flow of money through an organization.
• Pay invoices
• Prepare bank deposits and take to the bank
• Keep and organize financial records.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Perform auditing work.
• Manage payroll for the company.
• File Quarterly payroll reports, 941, federal & State unemployment
• Prepare Monthly customer statements
• Run Monthly Balance Sheets and P&L Reports
• File year end reports, 940, w-2's with tranmittal, 1099's with transmittal
• Prepare Insurance audit
• Help aid in getting Quickbooks transfered over to our new System, QFloors

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
