Duties include:

-Entries into Quickbooks Desktop as well as updating the software.

--Accounts receivable and payable

--Reconciliation.

--Monthly Sales Tax

--Organize/ pay bills

--Weekly payroll journal entries

-- Compliance with all monthly / quarterly scheduled tax filing deadlines.

--Prepare W2s and 1099s annually.
