Role (Overview of the Position)

The Patient Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for converting warm and cold leads funneled from our CRM software into medical assessments and treatments with the doctor at our medical clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role)

  • Manage warm and cold leads funneled from our CRM software MOVE
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to convert leads into medical assessments and treatments
  • Communicate with potential clients to build relationships and address concerns
  • Work closely with the doctor and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge of our services

Results (Expected Accomplishments)

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Contribute to the growth and success of Lucid Therapeutics
  • Update CRM in real-time and accurately.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks according to importance

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

  • Proven success in sales, preferably in a healthcare or related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathize with clients and build rapport quickly
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Experience with CRM software, preferably MOVE
