Minimum 2 years experience in upscale casual establishment. Liquor knowledge and craft cocktails. Available to work a flexible schedule.

Accounts receivable post transactions of all incoming monies (via check, wire & ach): including but not limited to: rent, rollovers, transfers, contributions.

Front desk coordination of patient triage, data entry, invoicing, and payment transactions. Proficient in data entry and general computer skills.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Administrative Office Assistant is responsible for producing correspondences, reports, and other documents as required;

Uses computer-assisted design (CAD) software to develop packaging. Associates degree in Materials Engineering or related field required.
