The successful candidate will support the accounting staff with data entry and bookkeeping tasks, provide phone assistance, as well as scheduling appointments.

Assists with required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies. Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements and statements of cash

Experience working with PSA and RMM tools, such as Zendesk, Kaseya VSA. Help desk: 5 years (Preferred). Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network
