Child Success Center is owned and run by a Sensory Integration Occupational Therapist with 32 years of experience , trained at the Jean Ayres Clinic. You will be supported and mentored by a team of therapists with 5- 32 years of experience across a range of disciplines ( OT,BT, ST, ET, MFT).

Our mission is to find the Joy, in each child as we guide their therapy plan. The hope in each family as we support them on their journey. The strength in each other as we help each other though easy and hard times. The Mentorship needed to build our individual therapeutic use of self.

We are looking for a passionate pediatric therapist who has knowledge in Sensory Processing/DIRFloortime/feeding therapy with minimum 3 years of clinic experience. Who wants to continue their advanced training and is looking to be mentored and or mentor others.

Responsibilities and Duties for this Pediatrics Occupational Therapist

• Assessment and treatment of varied Pediatrics diagnosis
• Strong skills for report writing and treatment notes
• Strong interpersonal skills to support and guide families
• Knowledge and experience with implantation of pediatrics Occupational therapy assessment tools

Qualifications: Candidate must be a qualified Occupational Therapists with:

• CA state license
• Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience in working with a variety of disorders
• A playful therapy approach with a passion to work with children
• Sensory Integration Training and or experience
• Strong documentation and writing skills
• Strong organizational skills, self-initiative and desire for ongoing learning
• A family-centered approach to intervention and strong collaborative skills
