About us

We are professional, rewarding, challenging and our goal is to minimize stress during times of Grief & Loss. We pack up items for donations, discards and family members. We coordinate cleaners, contractors, anything the family needs for the home to be sold/rented. Miss Clear Clutter & her team are passionate about donating and repurposing items to those in need. We are always looking for new donation centers to work with.

Our work environment includes:

Work-from-home days

I am looking for a part time office assistant to help with a small organizing business. I am looking for someone to assist with email management, customer service calls, web research, spreadsheets, filing, bookkeeping, social media & marketing. I need one day a week in my home office. Potential for remote work.

In addition, I am hiring for on site Organizing Assistants. We will be in clients homes handling their loved ones belongings after the loved ones have passed. Must be compassionate, respectful, discreet and professional. Must be able to lift 25 pounds and work for eight hours. Must have own transportation. Tolls to clients will be reimbursed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
  • Personal assistant/ office manager: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mahopac, NY 10541
