POSITION: Personal Insurance Account Executive

REPORTS TO: Personal LinesManager

OVERVIEW:

Encharter Insurance is an independent insurance agency based in Amherst, Massachusetts, with a second office in Lexington, Massachusetts. We are a large and expanding community agency.

The Personal Lines Account Executive will be expected to provide exceptional service to our clients, including annual renewals, cross-sell, up-sell, daily service needs, and developing strong relationships our insurance company partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Quote and sell insurance to new and existing customers

Quote and rewrite policies as requested or recommended

Review coverages on existing accounts and recommend coverage changes when appropriate

Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service at all times

Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written

Other tasks may be added

Requirements & Experience:

Massachusetts Property and Casualty Producer License or Personal Lines License

1 year or more of Personal Lines account management experience

Thorough knowledge of all Personal Lines products, including servicing and placing business

Understanding of personal insurance markets, products, and marketing practices

Excellent attention to detail and vigilant documentation of customer interactions

AMS360 experience a plus

Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying time constraints

Works well with team members and participates in a collaborative environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
