The Medication Safety Officer provides oversight of the medication safety program at St Charles hospitals and clinics. As a member of the health system pharmacy leadership team, this position will work with pharmacy, nursing, medical providers, and information systems to help improve the medication use process through collaboration, communication, and on-going process improvement initiatives. This position does not directly manage any other caregivers.

Have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for the purpose of traveling to our patients. Must have an active RN license.
