We’re currently seeking a Phlebotomist to join our amazing team.

Details of the Phlebotomist Opening:

• Anticipated start date: ASAP
• Salary Range: $26/hr
• Anticipated schedule: PRN

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Phlebotomist:

• Must be trained in the collection of venous blood, including the ability to identify and triage patients that experience issues with blood collection.
• Collection of urine specimens for diagnostic testing and/or point of service testing
• Must be trained and experience in the administration of a 12 Lead resting EKG.
• Must be able to work independently, have good interpersonal skills and work as part of a team
• Maintains proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which will be provided
• Performs all duties and functions in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
• Adheres to infection control procedures
• Maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA

Job Qualifications for Phlebotomist:

• Active CPR Certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of universal precautions for blood borne pathogens
