As our Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant/Receptionist you will complete blood draws in our office. Must possess strong interpersonal skills to work in a Concierge Internal Medicine Office. Patients will use our office for blood draws to save them time and may walk in unscheduled. Looking for the happiest people person in the room. Honesty, sincerity, care, concern, professional speaking and excellent customer service skills (both in person and via telephone), 100% accuracy and attention to detail required. Military experience is a huge bonus. Phlebotomy Certification required or in process. Low volume, practice limited to 400 patients. The physician greets patients, takes vitals and rooms the patient: you would help with procedures and chaperone as needed. Majority of the time you are managing the front desk, scanning documents, phones, greeting & scheduling patients, sends referrals to consultants. R eceptionist obtains patient authorization to obtain previous medical records and processes release of information requests. Simple to use EMR, with scanning documents and entering patient data, and NO insurance billing. After 180 day probation period, opportunity for increase in pay with benefits and generous bonus program. Not interested in short term hiring, looking to build a long lasting relationship to help build the practice. At least 3 strong references required.
