We are looking for someone who:
Provides physical therapy services for rehabilitation patients, to include evaluation, planning of care, treatment, and related teaching under the plan of treatment. Administers treatments and physical agents in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Ensures patient clinical records are documented timely. Direct and supervise activities of assistants.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a school of physical therapy approved by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.

Licensed as a physical therapist by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee of the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance

Communicates effectively and cooperatively with patients, families, staff, physicians, and community personnel. Current California Drivers License and a car.
