Answer phone calls and respond to emails from distributors, dealers, OEM's and end-use customers to assist in installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

Maintains license/certification, registration in good standing throughout fiscal year. Meets all defined deadlines (license, CPR, mandatory ins., TB).

Valid Hawaii State driver's license. Applicants with the ability to instill the Aloha Spirit through daily interactions with owners and guests is a plus.
