Immediate openings for full time or part time qualified applicants. The position will be responsible for all aspects of Safety & Loss Prevention for prestigious property in West Maui. Applicants with the ability to instill the Aloha Spirit through daily interactions with owners and guests is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to;
1.Patrol property to identify and confront safety and compliance issues.
2. Respond to any and all emergencies.
3. Serve as a primary provider of and first responder for First Aid, CPR, AED and biohazards.
4. Respond to, investigate and document, in report form, all incidents.
5. Identify, log, store, and return lost and found program items and property.

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum (1) year of security related experience preferred. Computer literate, organizational skills, communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of (50) lbs. on an occasional basis.

Licenses and/or Certification
Valid Hawaii State driver's license
CPR, AED and FIRST AID certified

Security Officers are required to complete the Act 208 Course as mandated by the State of Hawaii.
