Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)

Northwoods Lodge, an Encore Community, has a unique opportunity for a physical therapist to provide outpatient services on a 1:1 basis utilizing the SNF resources. Excellent compensation and access to inpatient resources and equipment with the opportunity for market growth and program development.

Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT):

• Evaluate and treat of wide variety of patients within the outpatient setting.

• Clinical supervision of assistive personnel as needed.

• 1:1 treatment setting.
• Patient and therapist driven treatment times and approaches.
• Opportunity to build the outpatient program.

Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) Must Haves:

• Eligible for licensure in the state of WA.
• Valid driver's license
• COVID-19 Vaccination or religious/medical accommodation required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
