POSITION SUMMARY

Under supervision of the Administrator the Physical Therapist serves as a member of the Individual Behavior Support Team (IBST) for residents who require physical therapy. The Physical Therapist plans, implements and administers the portion of the Individualized Behavior Support Plan (IBSP) relevant to their scope of practice and expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Masters of Science in Physical Therapy with current licensure or certification as required by state
• One (1) year experience in direct service to adults with developmental disabilities

Preferred:

• Two (2) years’ experience in direct service to adults with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of and experience working with adults with mental illness

Work Locations: We have facilities in the following cities below. Candidates can work at one location or multiple locations if they want more hours:

• Stockton, CA

Hours & Shifts: This facility is open 24/7, so the shifts and hours worked can be very flexible. The facility needs someone to work 10-15 hours per month, depending on the need of the residents.

COMPANY INFO:

This member of the Telecare family is a 4-bed adult EBSH residential program providing non-medical care in a home-like environment to adults ages 18 and over with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses who require behavioral supports, structured activities, and assistance with meal planning, activities of daily living, and participating in their community. Focus of the program will be helping residents identify and achieve their hopes and dreams.

Job Types: Contract, Per diem

Pay: $80.00 - $200.00 per hour
