Job Summary

We are a thriving and growing home health company, looking for Per Diem licensed Physical Therapists, covering our patients in Riverside and surrounding area.

The following territories are available:

Riverside, Corona, Temecula, Moreno Valley.

Requirements:

Preferably 1 year home health care experience, Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, Have access to a computer/internet, Flexible work schedule, including weekends.Must be able to provide: Current CA License, CPR, Valid Drivers License, Current Physical and TB results, Auto Insurance and specific Discipline school Diploma. Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus, but not required.

Major Responsibilities:

Physical Therapist will be assessing and evaluating patient status. Preparing and submitting accurate clinical notes via electronic charting.
