Position Purpose: Analyze user requirements and issues, engaging closely with stakeholder to define requirements and ensure implementation of product vision. Own the end-to-end product strategy from concept to production.

Lead the translation of business strategy into product strategy and roadmaps by facilitating the collaboration and alignment of business leaders and technology teams.

Own responsibility for the overall product lifecycle of multiple enterprise-wide products including design, development, implementation, and support to create value and deliver ROI.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with external stakeholders.

Lead stakeholder discovery efforts to define most valuable capabilities / high-level features.

Understand high-level user flows and system interactions across the product group.

Identify feature enhancements and manage associated backlog and roadmaps to maximize business outcomes.

Work with Engineering to establish a high-level technical design and delivery estimates for stakeholders.

Drive sprint and release plans among technology scrum teams and communicate changes to business stakeholders.

Work in a fast-paced environment, striving for success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managing multiple priorities.

Facilitate deep strategic conversations, build and develop consensus with other business units, and influence decisions across functions

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of product ownership, product management, project management or business analysis experience. Deep knowledge of specified product domain and industry trends. Knowledge of Information Technology. Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience preferred.
