This position is an individual contributor where, as the Product Owner, you groom the product backlog and keep the team on track to achieving our release targets defined by the product roadmap. Within the planning and execution of T2’s software releases you will also validate that the delivered software meets the business, market, functional technical requirements.
Product Owners manage and grrom the backlog for their respective product. Grooming the backlog means defining the user stories that will fulfill the roadmap and market requirements, prioritizing them, and working with engineering to estimate and schedule the work in sprints. Validating requirements means attending sprint reviews and accepting completed development work and closing out completed stories. You’ll build tight relationships with Engineers, QA testers, and the Product Manager as you become the go-to person for your knowledge and understanding about what the software is supposed to do.
