Functions Supervised: None
Primary Functions: Work with all stakeholders, inside and outside the product team, to collaboratively develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps. Develop user stories, refine backlogs, and act as the voice of the customer/member. May perform project management responsibilities as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaison for product owners, development teams and related stakeholders to assure that product strategy and roadmaps are implemented successfully from concept to production. This includes the creation or coordination of journeys, product design, features, stories, roadmaps, and value metrics for all Lending departments.
- Work with Lending Executive Team to design product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure completion of them.
- Liaison among the Product Development Team, Product Manager(s), and related stakeholders.
- Coordinate product design with designers and product's users.
- Develop customer/member journey mapping.
- Participate in the definition of features and user stories.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Arrange features and user stories into product releases that optimize business value.
- Develop a product roadmap from the product managers' strategic and operational plans.
- Brief committees and others on the progress of the product roadmap.
- Define business value metrics that quantify the business value of the product roadmap.
- Continuously monitor and report to all stakeholders the business value attained by the product.
- Other duties as assigned.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Equivalent product management experience and pertinent certifications.
Experience/Skills: Five years progressive experience in Information Technology or Financial Services with product management and product roadmaps. Must have demonstrable understanding of project management, agile development, and lifecycle management methodologies. Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills a must.. Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management and product development skills. Must have strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and collaboration skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire all stakeholders using user-centered design principals. High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary Pay Range: $90,000 - $155,000 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
