Arrowhead Solar is seeking highly motivated Project Coordinators to join our team. This position will work with our customers from the beginning with the initial welcome call clear through their system being installed and interconnected with their local utility company. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the customer, utility companies, municipalities, and Arrowhead Solar to ensure effective communication and managed expectations. This position is full-time Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. We offer health, dental, vision, PTO and all major holidays paid, including the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Bi-lingual desirable, but not necessary
• Positive attitude and team player
• Honest and dependable
• Ability to work independently or as a team

• Multi-tasker and time management
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Main point of contact for customers
• CRM experience preferred
• Microsoft 365 programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Solar/Construction experience preferred
• Submitting net metering & permitting applications to municipalities & utility companies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
