Nu Tone Construction is looking for a qualified Project Coordinator/Scheduler with at least 2-4 years of experience in REO/REIT repair management or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated, trustworthy and be adept at managing multiple jobs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of field staff to residential construction jobs
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills

• An understanding of scheduling and dispatch in a field operations environment is essential as is an attention to detail.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Experience with Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks Online is not essential, however, will be highly regarded.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Outlook and Excel with a typing proficiency of at least 65 words per minute.

Compensation

• The pay range for the position is $20-$25 per hour dependent on education and experience.
• A successful candidate with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience will be eligible for a $2,500 starting bonus.
