FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
PAY: $65,000 to $110,000 salary range which is based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience.

ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
We are hiring for an experienced Construction Project Engineer to work on a large project at Fort Sill, OK. In this role you will plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities.

Responsibilities

  • Emphasize safety during the performance of all daily project responsibilities.
  • Create, manage, process and log RFIs and submittals.
  • Develop and update project schedule with Project Manager and Superintendent
  • Promote sustainable construction and coordinating project LEED requirements.
  • Maintain project progress photographs.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager in purchasing activities including scoping and take-offs.
  • Monitor material deliveries, ensuring all deliveries adhere to the project schedule.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the contract documents.
  • Facilitate communication among all project team members.
  • Manage project close-out, including warranty letters, guarantees, and acceptance of work.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with reading drawings and specifications.
  • Working knowledge of Procore document control system.
  • Strong computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
